Free wheels: overrunning clutch

A free wheel used as overspeed range, the internal free wheel component is stationary or rotates slowly and the external component overspeeds. This layout ensures a higher number of overspeed rotations, reduces wear and overheating and increases the life of the overrunning clutch free wheel.
