ATEX Certification

CTS has completed the certification of freewheels according to Directive 14/34/EU regarding partially explosive atmospheres classified as zone 22. The freewheels have not undergone any construction changes but limits of use have been set regarding rotation speeds in neutral so as to maintain the maximum working temperatures within certain values . The type of marking that is placed on the freewheels is the one seen in the photograph and includes the name of the manufacturer, the article code and the reference of the Directive. As regards the necessary documentation (certification and assembly instructions) their distribution is associated with the sale of the article.
