The Birth of CTS
1977
CTS was founded in January 1977 with the aim of marketing special bearings and transmissions . In the same year, to meet the growing demand, the company started the production of cylindrical roller freewheels .
Product range expansion
1988
CTS grows and introduces the marketing of linear guides and roller guides , responding to the needs of a constantly evolving market. These components today represent approximately 50% of industrial production.

1992
CTS launches the first variable-length motorized linear systems on the market , which over time will become the company's flagship , synonymous with precision and versatility.
New headquarters for CTS in Briosco

CTS moves its production and administrative headquarters to via Peregallo 16 in Briosco , thus obtaining more work space to expand the product range

CTS continues its path of growth and innovation by expanding its product range with the introduction of the CI series compact linear units . They represent an ideal solution for applications requiring reliability , precision and small dimensions .
CTS Introduces AK and AV6 Guides
2010
The company implements the compact AK series in its range of motorized guides , designed to guarantee high performance in small spaces, and launches the small-sized AV6 guide on the market, ideal for applications where compactness and precision are essential.
CTS presents motorized guides
2013
CTS includes among its motorizable products the screw tables and the completely closed motorizable guides series AL.

2017
In its 40th anniversary, CTS confirms itself as a dynamic , solid company and leader in its sector.
CTS performs generational transition
2019
The generational transfer of ownership between the founder and his three sons , who had already been de facto leading the management of the company for years, has been made official in CTS.
