AK208R
AK208R is a linear slide with a guide of grooved rollers with double ball bearings that slide on hardened , ground and chrome-plated tracks. It does not require lubrication, making it ideal for environments with dust , shavings or where lubrication can contaminate the product (e.g. paper and fabrics). The smoothness can be adjusted by acting on the eccentric pins of the rollers.
AK208R INOX
The AK series C.T.S belt-driven linear guides are motorised systems with compact dimensions available in the following versions:
- AK208R SYSTEM: belt-driven linear system with roller guide model AD208R ideal for applications requiring a compact axis in dusty environments or in the presence of swarf as it does not require lubrication. The main features are:
- Guide system with hardened, chrome-plated and ground bars and grooved track rollers available in a single section up to a maximum length of 6 metres and in multiple sections that can be joined for longer lengths
- Available with stainless steel bars and castors for use in food or aggressive environments
- Wide range of accessories such as fastening components, protective bellows and prearrangements for limit switch connections
- Possibility of customisation in terms of both trolley dimensions and gearmotor connection arrangements
- SYSTEM AK42: belt-driven linear system with roller guide model CI42 ideal for applications requiring an extremely compact axis with low to medium centred loads. The main features are:
- Guide system with hardened, chrome-plated and ground bars and grooved track rollers available in a single section up to a maximum length of 6 metres
- Available with stainless steel bars and rollers for use in foodstuffs or aggressive environments
- Wide range of accessories such as fastening components, protection bellows and prearrangements for limit switch connection
- Possibility of customisation in terms of both carriage dimensions and gearmotor connection arrangements
- AR20 SYSTEM: Hiwin model HGR20 linear belt-driven system with recirculating ball bearing guide, ideal for applications requiring a compact axis with high rigidity. The
main features are:
- Hiwin track guide system with single runner available in a single section up to a maximum length of 4 metres and in multiple sections that can be joined for longer lengths
- Possibility of fitting a carriage with double skid on request if greater load capacity is required
- Wide range of accessories such as fastening components, protection bellows and prearrangements for end-of-travel sensor connections
- Possibility of customisation in terms of both carriage dimensions and gearmotor connection arrangements
