Rack and pinion guides

The CTS rack and pinion linear guides are motorized roller systems particularly suitable for applications that require long strokes with small dimensions or when moving

the guide keeping the trolley still . They have the following characteristics:

• Guide system with tempered, chromed and ground bars and grooved wheels available in a single section up to a maximum length of 6 metres and in multiple joinable sections for

longer lengths

• Available with stainless steel bars and wheels for use in food or aggressive environments

• Use of a straight-tooth rack combined with a pinion . For heavy-duty applications, it is possible to use racks with a larger module (for example m:2, 2.5 and 3)

• Possibility of combining a 90x90 or 90x180 extruded aluminium support profile

• Wide range of accessories such as fixing components, protective bellows and predispositions for attaching limit switches

• Possibility of customization both in terms of the dimensions of the trolley and in terms of the predisposition for the attachment of the gearmotor
