The CTS linear belt guides called “ reciprocators ” are actuators with two carriages that allow the opposite movement of the carriages (AD..M version) or the simultaneous approach / withdrawal movement (AD..M LAT version). In the first case they are particularly suitable for lifting applications that have counterweights , while in the second case they are particularly suitable for applications such as gripping systems or compactors . The main characteristics are:

• Guide system with tempered, chromed and ground bars and grooved wheels available in a single section up to a maximum length of 6 metres

• Available with stainless steel bars and wheels for use in food or aggressive environments

• Use of toothed belts with AT10 steel strands of various widths to ensure silent movement and high resistance to elongation even at high speeds (maximum operating speed 2-3 m/s2)

• Use of a 45x45 extruded aluminium support profile (on request it is also possible to produce boards with a larger 45x90 or 90x90 profile)

• Wide range of accessories such as fixing components, protective bellows and predispositions for attaching limit switches

• Possibility of customization both in terms of the dimensions of the trolley and in terms of the predisposition for the attachment of the gearmotor
