The CTS AL series linear belt guides are motorized systems with recirculating ball bearings that can be used in applications where compactness and high protection from dirt are required. Their main features are:

• Extruded aluminium specially designed to contain the guide and belt transmission available in a single section up to a maximum length of 6 metres and in multiple joinable sections for longer lengths

• Stainless steel protection band closing the profile and front cleaning brushes on the trolleys

• Possibility of mounting a trolley with a single skate on request if a more compact axle is required

• Limit switches with shock-absorbing rubber band fixed to the ends of the axle

• Wide range of accessories such as fixing components, predispositions for attachment of limit switches and predispositions for pneumatic connections on the heads for use in clean rooms

• Possibility of customization both with regards to the predisposition for the gearmotor attachment
