CI linear units are designed for applications with limited space or light loads , thanks to the compact roller sliding system. For larger loads , two units can be mounted in parallel , discharging the weight onto the concentric rollers to ensure support on at least four rollers.

The body is an anodized aluminum profile with tempered , ground and chromed steel bars, riveted inside. A central line guides the drilling for fixing to the structure. The units are supplied to measure, up to 6 m .

The standard anodized aluminum trolleys include three wheels: two concentric at the ends and a central eccentric for play adjustment. All wheels are in 2RS version; on request, they are available in AISI420 stainless steel.

You can buy guides and wheels separately to make special trolleys, or mount multiple trolleys on a track. The wheels can be arched or cylindrical : the latter help to compensate for errors of parallelism when assembling parallel guides.
