CTS linear axes are divided into two standard types: with single bar or double bar.

The double bar axes (AD, AG, AV series) are ideal for quick assembly, thanks to the aluminum profile with two bars in hardened, ground and chromed steel . They offer precise parallelism and high resistance to wear. The AD and AG versions support joints over 6 m, without length limits.

Single bar axes are suitable for customized configurations , with variable interaxis based on the size or required stability. In this case, the parallelism between the two modules is the customer's responsibility, following the instructions in the catalog (AS series).

Both versions have a reference line for precise fixing drilling. Each trolley has 2 concentric and 2 eccentric wheels , adjustable to modify the smoothness. The CTS technical office is available to support in the choice of the most suitable modules and in assembly advice.
