CTS sales warranty

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, but in any case, our liability is limited to the free replacement of parts manufactured or marketed by us, unless they have been altered, tampered with or they have been misused. We still do not accept any responsibility for any consequences and / or damage arising from goods delivered, including: cost of labor for disassembly and / or fixtures, selection costs, costs for the purchase of additional parts and costs for firm production. The warranty period is 12 months from the sale of the product. For materials not produced by us, warranty is made with all the limitations that should be imposed by our suppliers.
